Cooking Tips & Recipes
Whole Fillet

Warm an oven proof pan on your hob.

Rub a little sea salt and oil on your fillet and place into the hot pan.

Brown on all sides and then transfer to a 220C oven for 20 minutes.

Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
